Common questions about pricing

Which package is right for me?

Start with how many transactions you have each month and how many bank and credit-card accounts you use. Essential covers up to 100 transactions and two accounts, Growth up to 250 transactions and three accounts, and Complete up to 500 transactions and five accounts. If you're not sure, book a consultation and we'll recommend one.

My books are behind. Can you still help?

Yes. Catch-up and cleanup bookkeeping is billed at $95 per hour. We look at your records first and price the cleanup separately from your monthly package.

Do you set up QuickBooks Online?

Yes. QuickBooks Online setup is a one-time $350. New-client onboarding, including your chart of accounts, is $250–$400.

What if I have more accounts than my package includes?

Each additional bank or credit-card account is $35 per month on top of your package.

Do you handle payroll, inventory, or multiple entities?

These fall outside standard bookkeeping. Inventory, complicated loans, multiple entities, extensive bill payment, payroll processing, and historical cleanup are assessed and priced separately. Tell us what you need and we'll quote it.
